• •Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used).

How We Use Your Data

• •Providing the service: Processing your sermons, generating content, and managing your account.
• •AI processing: Your sermon content is sent to AI services to generate transcripts, summaries, quotes, and other content.
• •Communication: Responding to your inquiries and sending service-related notifications.
• •Improvement: Understanding how the platform is used so we can make it better.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate SermonSeeds:

• •Supabase: Authentication, database storage, and file storage.
• •OpenAI: AI-powered transcription, analysis, and content generation.
• •Resend: Transactional email delivery.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual sermons at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@sermonseeds.ai and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — primarily for authentication session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Children's Privacy

SermonSeeds is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of SermonSeeds after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
