By accessing or using SermonSeeds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including pastors, ministry teams, and any other visitors.

Description of Service

SermonSeeds is an AI-powered platform that helps pastors and ministry leaders repurpose sermon content into shareable formats — including social media posts, quotable graphics, short-form video clip suggestions, and multi-day devotionals. You upload your sermon (audio, video, text, or YouTube link) and our AI generates a content package for your review.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@sermonseeds.ai.

Content Ownership

Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of all sermon content you upload to SermonSeeds. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will never sell, share, or publicly distribute your sermon content. We will never use your sermons to train AI models. When you delete content or your account, we remove your data from our systems.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by SermonSeeds (quotes, social posts, devotionals, clip suggestions) is provided as drafts for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before sharing it.

While we design our AI to be thoughtful and ministry-aware, we do not guarantee theological accuracy of generated content. AI can make mistakes. Always review generated content against your own theological convictions before publishing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform
• •Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• •Upload content that is hateful, violent, or promotes harm

Payment Terms

SermonSeeds offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• •Subscriptions are billed monthly
• •You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• •We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll work with you

Limitation of Liability

SermonSeeds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SermonSeeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of SermonSeeds after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
